WrapAround Care Assistants

 

Job Title: WrapAround Care Assistant – (Bank Staff) Fixed Term Contract (Term time only)

Location: Hilmarton Primary School

Salary: £11.59 per hour

We are seeking to appoint WrapAround Care Assistants (Bank Staff) to help run our new after school club, to start3rd September 2024.  Main responsibility is to support the club leader in all aspects of running the club, to assist with activities and be able to support the children through play, learning and development.  To prepare/serve snacks as necessary.   Successful candidates are not required to have any background in Learning Support work or play but must have good general skills at dealing with children/young people and have the ability, through an induction period, to learn and apply support techniques.

Working hours: 3pm – 6pm Mon – Fri term time only

 

This advert is for bank staff - the number of hours worked and timings of sessions will be flexible.

 

 

Teaching Assistant 

 

Job Title: Teaching Assistant

Salary: £11.98 - £12.80 (depending on experience)

Required: September 2024 (recruitment will close when suitable applicants found)

 

We are looking for a teaching assistant to work initially within our Reception/Year 1 class. You will be supporting the classteacher and all pupils, including those with individual and specific needs. We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in supporting children to be independent learners, encouraging them to achieve by modelling and fostering high expectations in all aspects of school life.  You will work under the guidance of the classteacher and SENCo. Experience of working with children with SEND would be an advantage.
