Hilmarton School Hall

Are you looking for a venue for an occasion or somewhere to hold a party?  Hilmarton School Hall is available for hire for all occasions.  We also take regular bookings for clubs and classes.

Hall Hire Prices:

First Hour                 £15

Subsequent Hours   £10

Included in hire costs are:  crockery, cutlery, table and chairs.  When booking please ensure to include set-up and clearing times.

You can also hire our cookers at an additional cost of £25 per session.  

The premises are to be returned clean and tidy at the end of the booked session.

Booking The Hall

Please complete and submit the hall booking form.  You will then receive email confirmation of booking and total cost. 

Damage Deposit & Hall Hire Payment

A damage deposit of £150 is required for one-off bookings which is fully refundable providing hall is left as per stipulated in our Terms and Conditions of hire (below).  

Hire payment must be received no later than 2 weeks before the event.  We accept cash, card, BACs - bank details will be given when your booking is confirmed.

Please note all bookings are provisional until deposit and full payment has been received
