Thank you for considering Hilmarton Primary School for your child.
We have always prided ourselves on offering 1:1 tours for families to enable us to tailor your visit to you and your child. Unfortunately, due to the present restrictions and the layout of our school, we are not able to offer visits at this time.
Please ring the school office to arrange a phone appointment with the Headteacher, Mrs Sam Churchill or email any questions you have to firstname.lastname@example.org.
HIlmarton Primary School is a small, rural school in Hilmarton which lies between Calne and Lyneham. Whilst our catchment includes Hilmarton and the surrounding villages we also have children who travel to us from Calne and Lyneham. Our PAN (planned admission number) is 16, this means that we have 16 children join us every year. We have four classes (click each class to find out more):
We split our Year 1 children across two classes. This means that we are better able to meet the needs of the children and we are able to maintain smaller class sizes. This year Amazon have 20 children and Nile have 25 children. When the children move into Key Stage 2 (years 3-6) the classes are usually around 32.
